Questions and problems with the program

Inside Cantoza, press F1 to open the feedback window. It builds a report with your version and system details, shows you all of it, and sends it only when you press Send. Or write to us at the address above and tell us what happened.

Reporting a security problem

If you found a weakness in Cantoza, in this website or in the way updates are delivered, please e-mail contact@cantoza.com with the subject Security. Tell us what you found and how to reproduce it. We will answer, fix it, and thank you if you like. Please give us a reasonable time to fix it before you share it with anyone else. Please do not test on other people’s computers or accounts and do not access data that is not yours.
